Grant Schoen (born July 30, 1991) is an American doctor and co-owner of the Rogue Spine Center business. He is best known as a Posture Specialist who cures health issues, including postural misalignment, scoliosis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Grant is a Chiropractic BioPhysics Advanced certified professional who has completed various certifications and practices to treat his patients well. He also offers solutions for headaches, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalance.[1]

Early life and education

Schoen was born in Portland, Oregon, to Joseph Schoen III, his father, and Jennie Schoen, his mother. He was quite active in sports during his childhood, especially water sports like swimming and water polo. Schoen was drawn to healthcare and science from a young age. His interest in chiropractic grew after losing his grandparents, and he kept thinking of alternative procedures that could have saved their lives. He realized that the standards of medical care were not in sync with the root cause of the illness. The finding prompted him to devote more time to preventive care and a healthy lifestyle.

This was when Schoen decided to pursue his education in chiropractic, taking his medical journey forward. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University in 2013 and then pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 2016. He proceeded to earn the basic and advanced certifications in Chiropractic BioPhysics that enabled him to treat various complex spinal cases including scoliosis.

Career

Schoen started his journey as a Chiropractic Assistant at Chiropractic First LLC, where he worked for four years. After that, he worked as a Chiropractic Rehab Assistant at Symmetry Health Center, gaining further experience for a few months. Grant also interned at Life Chiropractic College West for a year before graduating in 2016.[2]

After completing his degree, Schoen worked at PostureWorks as a chiropractic doctor for five years. In August 2021, Grant became part of Rogue Spine Center as a co-owner, dealing with health problems including headaches, neck pain, lower back pain and sciatica, postural misalignment, scoliosis, stress, carpal tunnel syndrome, seasonal allergies, high blood pressure, digestive issues, low libido, and hormonal imbalance.

Awards

Schoen passed his degree at Life Chiropractic College West with an impressive Salutatorian distinction. He was also honored as the CBP Student of the Year during his college days.

Personal life

Schoen is a passionate nature lover who likes climbing boulders and trees, as well as exploring local waterfalls and beaches. He also enjoys snowboarding, exercising, and traveling. Grant has two siblings, Robert Schoen and Christina Schoen.
