Nicky Stansbury is an American entrepreneur, author, luxury life and business coach, motivational speaker, dog psychologist, property owner/manager, and mindset strategist. She is the owner of The BossLady Nicky, LLC, BossLady Kennel Club, and La Palmera Spa, a guiding service provider to women to organize their power. Stansbury is well recognized for her influencing ability to transform women's lives in three different aspects: Money, Mindset, and Self-empowerment.[1]
Stansbury received several awards in her career based on women influencing and dog breeders. She is a certified life coach specializing in guiding women through the growing pains of expansion. She is The BossLady Nicky who is always working to develop herself and has the expertise in guiding one from right where she is to the next level-up in a Small and Something easy way.[2]
Early life
Stansbury was born on November 15, 1974, in Kaplan, LA. She is the eldest among her sisters in the family and has spent her childhood on a farm with different animals. She had her first business experience with her grandfather, where she had the duty to look after the horses, and in return, she found the way for her career. Her first individual entrepreneur experience came through the 4-H Show pigs project. Her leading character in the family also contributes to her future achievements. In addition, her qualities as a born leader helped her grow versatile.
After completing her academics, Stansbury attended the University of Louisiana and completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Then, thinking she wanted to pursue her Counselors license, she decided to take a Master's course from Capella University, which accidentally put her in the Science of Human Services. She successfully completed her Masters of Science in Human Services from a place of faith, which she considers as her destiny instead of counseling.
Career
Stansbury began her career change with tremendous stress and life changing adjustments, as many health-related issues came into her life. However, with all her past experiences, she developed a mindset to make serious changes. She started giving coaching classes, mentoring others and involved herself in business. Stansbury introduced La Palmera Spa as the first extension of The BossLady Nicky, LLC formerly known as Nicholyn Coaching, LLC. Through this career, she was nominated for the Success Women of Influence.
Stansbury is a big dog lover and decided to open an organization where dogs get to be a part of her lifestyle while building companion/obedient trained, show dogs, and businesses with others. She founded the BossLady Kennel Club, which provides the highest quality Mini Goldendoodles and XL American Bullies. The facility has experts with more than 40 years of experience in animal care.
Personal life
Stansbury has two daughters, Maci and Makenzi. She likes basketball, softball, crabbing, race horses, and fishing. In addition, she loves traveling with her husband to beach places like the Caribbean as well as scuba diving. Luxury living is her standard and she leads others who wants to create a lifestyle that can be supported in unlimited ways.
