Through his work, he aims to generate value for stakeholders, establish robust customer relationships, and contribute positively to the marketing industry.[2]

Early life and education

Tecchia, born on June 13, 1980, in Monaco (Monaco), is the son of Michele Tecchia, a pharmacist, and Judith Garnier. He grew up on the Rock and attended Ecole du Parc in the Principality. During a Red Cross first aid competition, Tecchia showcased his skills as a future growth hacker. Despite achieving tenth place, the highest rank in the country's history, he successfully reformed first aid training and established the Monaco Red Cross Youth Club. With just two initial members, including himself, Tecchia transformed it into the most prominent youth club in the Principality over the following years. By utilizing Facebook and implementing a strategic approach, he attracted the attention of young and elderly individuals, eventually organizing internal parties for the Monegasque Red Cross.

Tecchia earned a master’s in marketing and digital strategy from Idrac Business School in 2004. He pursued political science and government studies at Sciences Po Grenoble from 2004 to 2006. In 2012, he moved to London and undertook a year of study at the Growth Hacking Academy, Europe's first growth hacking academy, where he obtained a Master's degree in marketing.

Career

After completing his education, Tecchia began working as a communications agent for the Expleo Group in 2008. In this role, he played a key role in the company's internal communication for an Airbus project across multiple international sites. He led the implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy, including print and digital media representation.[5] Tecchia was responsible for developing the corporate website, enhancing the social media presence, and organizing promotional events. Additionally, he cultivated relationships with industry stakeholders, journalists, and key people.[6]

In 2009, Tecchia joined Orange Advertising as a business development specialist, driving business growth through cold calling, account management, and sales initiatives.[7] He consistently surpassed annual sales targets and fostered long-term client relationships. Tecchia played a pivotal role in devising strategies for generating new business opportunities, contributing to Orange Advertising's overall success.[8]

In 2011, Tecchia assumed the position of media sales manager at Ebookers Limited, where he formulated and implemented the company's French sales strategy. His tenure witnessed remarkable achievements in digital marketing, as he developed effective sales strategies that led to increased profitability and an expanded customer base.[9]

In 2016, seeking a departure from impersonal corporate environments, Tecchia established an eponymous marketing agency, "Michele Tecchia Agency," in Monaco. As the company's president and director, Tecchia has established himself as an innovative and forward-thinking executive known for providing personalized attention and impactful marketing campaigns. With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Tecchia and his team at Michele Tecchia Agency deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients, leveraging advancements in technology like artificial intelligence and machine learning.
