Iman Gadzhi (born January 3, 2000) is a British entrepreneur, YouTuber, investor, and internet personality.[1] Gadzhi is the founder and owner of several businesses, including IAG Media, GrowYour Agency, Educate.io, Flozy, and Gadzhi, across digital marketing, social media management, retail and apparel, and online education sectors.[2][3]
Gadzhi is an advocate for universal education and a committed philanthropist. His philanthropic efforts include personally funding the establishment of numerous schools in Nepal, providing thousands of children access to high-quality education.[4]
Early life and education
Iman was born on January 3, 2000, in a Russian family in Dagestanskie Ogni, Dagestan, Russia. He relocated to London at age 4, where he aspired to become a footballer. Raised in a modest environment, Gadzhi faced challenges related to family issues, financial hardship, and limited access to traditional education.
At 15, Gadzhi started trading Instagram accounts to provide for himself and his mother. Concurrently, he developed fitness expertise through self-directed learning and offered training sessions. During high school, he developed an interest in entrepreneurship and digital marketing, assuming the role of social media manager for a football club and serving clients like Aflete, ZebraFuel, and FuroSystems. Motivated by his success, Gadzhi decided to discontinue his studies.[5]
Career
In 2017, Gadzhi founded IAG Media, a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in high-return-on-investment strategies, including social media marketing, sales funnel optimization, and online advertising. The agency's success prompted Gadzhi to offer mentorship lessons, leading to the online course 'Six Figure SMMA.'[6]
Capitalizing on the course's success, Gadzhi established GrowYourAgency, an e-learning platform. The platform is an extension of IAG Media and instructs and trains novice agency owners on initiating, sustaining, and scaling their businesses.[7][8]
In 2023, Gadzhi founded Educate.io, an online education platform imparting monetizable skills. The platform offers programs covering social media marketing, sales, and copywriting under the direction of industry experts Iman Gadzhi, Paul Daley, and Luis Berger.[9]
His other side business includes Flozy, founded in 2020, a software solutions company catering to agency owners by consolidating essential tools. In 2019, he established Gadzhi, a United Kingdom-based eyewear brand specializing in blue light-blocker glasses and a range of apparel items.
YouTuber
In 2015, Gadzhi started his YouTube channel, commencing with fitness videos, and later transitioned to business tips and motivational content. As of 2023, his channel has over 3.82 million subscribers, and his content has garnered over 4 billion views across various social media platforms.
Philanthropy
Beyond business, Gadzhi is committed to social responsibility and community development. In 2019, as part of the corporate social responsibility efforts for GrowYourAgency, Gadzhi made an undisclosed donation to the Pahar Trust, contributing to the construction of schools in Nepal.[10]
Subsequently, in 2022, Iman committed to donating the entire estimated $1 million Ad Revenue generated from his YouTube channel in 2023 to charitable causes.
