Ramón Becerra Lázaro (born September 12, 1983) is a Mexican entrepreneur and marketing executive. He is the Commercial Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Lazzar Workwear, a company specializing in workwear and uniform manufacturing. He has over two decades of experience in sales growth, digital marketing, and business expansion.[1][2][3]

Early life and education

Ramón Becerra Lázaro was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara, with a specialization in operations direction. He later attended IPADE Business School in Mexico City, completing a BBA in Executive Business Management (D1) to enhance his leadership and strategic skills. Additionally, he completed a Board of Director Management course at EGADE, Guadalajara, and attended the Business Scale Up program at Stanford University in San Francisco, focusing on business growth strategies.

Career

Becerra has been the Commercial Director and a partner at Lazzar Workwear since 2003. Under his leadership, the company has consistently achieved double-digit sales growth, averaging 28.31% over 13 years. He played a key role in institutionalizing sales processes, expanding the team from 2 to 65 sales representatives, and establishing 18 sales offices. He also led Lazzar Workwear's expansion into the U.S. market, contributing to the sale of over one million garments in 2023.[4]

He was also the co-founder and Franchise Sales Director of Wings Factory, a restaurant chain in Mexico City. From 2006 to 2019, he helped grow the brand to 27 locations across eight cities over 14 years.[5]

In addition to his corporate roles, Becerra serves as a commercial advisor at Fondo Caravela and several other companies.[6][7]

Personal life

Becerra is married and has three daughters. He enjoys playing golf, running, and swimming.

Awards and recognition

In 2024, Becerra received the Vistage Mexico Member Excellence Award as a Key Member, recognizing his contributions to business leadership and growth.[8]
