Muhammad Anas Zain Ullah (born 2 July 1996) is a Pakistani-born entrepreneur, billionaires, technology investor, and philanthropist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1][2] He is known for investments in metaverse technology ventures, real estate assets, and venture-stage companies across multiple industries including software, education technology, and digital infrastructure.[3]
His business activities include acquisitions and investments in technology companies, digital platforms, and international projects. These include the acquisition of Dubai-based metaverse developer MGV FZE and investments in online education and natural resource projects.[4] In addition to his investment activities, he has contributed commentary and perspectives on topics such as investment strategy, business growth, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate markets, and digital transformation, particularly in relation to emerging markets and technology-driven sectors.
