Marvin Steinberg (born February 27, 1988) is a German serial entrepreneur and investor with ventures spanning the energy, cryptocurrency, marketing, and personal development sectors.[1][2] He is the founder of Reach Goals AG, a platform leveraging artificial intelligence to support individuals in achieving their goals.[3] With a career spanning over 15 years, Steinberg has established and sold more than 12 companies.[4][5][6]

Early life and education

Steinberg was born and raised in Germany, where he demonstrated a passion for sports from a young age, particularly table tennis. His talent and dedication propelled him into prominence within the sport, marking him as one of the nation's most promising players. However, a severe knee injury during a crucial tournament halted Steinberg's athletic career, prompting him to reevaluate his path. Through introspection and recovery, he discovered the power of goal-setting, which became instrumental in navigating his transition from sports to other pursuits.

Career

In January 2023, Steinberg founded Reach Goals AG, drawing from his personal journey and belief in empowering individuals through goal-setting.[10] The company utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized guidance and coaching, offering features akin to the 'DuoLingo of Goal-Setting.' The AI-powered app assists users in setting, tracking, and achieving their goals through personalized coaching, gamification, and a supportive community.[11] Reach Goals AG employs AI technology to ensure consistent and rigorous execution of goal theory, providing users with continuous support in their pursuit of goals.[12][13] The AI coach within the app engages users in monitoring progress, maintaining records, and creating action plans, thereby enhancing effectiveness in goal attainment.[14]

Through Reach Goals, Steinberg aims to revolutionize personal development, making goal achievement intuitive, engaging, and fulfilling.[15][16] Reach Goals AG is utilizing technology for social good and is impacting millions of lives by inspiring individuals to pursue their dreams confidently.[17]

Before establishing Reach Goals AG, Steinberg founded and sold over 12 companies in various sectors, such as energy, cryptocurrency, and marketing.[18][19][20]

He started his career in 2011 as the Independent Country Director at Teleson Vertriebs GmbH.[21][22] From 2016 to 2017, Steinberg served as an executive partner at SWPRO GmbH, steering the energy company to multi-million-dollar success.[23]

In 2017, Steinberg founded CPI Technologies GmbH, a software development firm specializing in blockchain solutions.[24] The company assists businesses in tokenizing their assets to generate capital.[25] CPI Technologies offers scalable financial solutions for accounting, cryptocurrency exchange, mobile wallets, and payment purposes.[26]

In 2018, Steinberg founded Steinberg Invest GmbH. As the CEO, Steinberg facilitates capital raising and investor searches for innovative startups and companies to support their business development.[27][28]

Steinberg also serves as a mentor, fostering collaborative efforts and sharing his knowledge and experiences to assist others in their personal and professional growth.[29]
