Lev Mikulitski (born December 9, 1981) is an Israeli technology entrepreneur, strategic planner, growth expert, children's book author, and personal and business growth author.[1] Mikulitski has over 20 years of experience in building and transforming businesses and is involved in managing various companies and startups. He serves as the co-founder and chief business officer at YieldX, an Israeli agriculture startup, and Mellifex,[2] a payment software solution company for high-value crypto transactions. He also serves as a strategic advisor and network partner at SGI Ventures.[3]

Mikulitski is widely recognized as a personal and business growth author, having authored several self-help books, including "Mind Blast," released in August 2023.[4][5]

He is also the founder of "Mr.Who," a children's educational-developmental brand aimed at promoting holistic child development and fostering essential soft skills in young minds. Mikulitski's work and insights have been featured in various publications, such as TechBullion, San Francisco Post,[6] New York Weekly,[7] MSN, USA Magazine, and Miami Wire, positioning him as an authority in the entrepreneurial and literary spaces.[8]

Early life and education

Mikulitski was born on December 9, 1981, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, into a Jewish family where his parents were civil servants. In 1991, amidst political unrest and the Gulf War, Mikulitski and his family relocated to Israel.

Mikulitski completed his undergraduate studies in management and economics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 2010, he obtained an M.B.A. in marketing (Magna Cum Laude) from Ono Academic College, Kiryat Ono.

Additionally, Mikulitski holds international diplomas, such as in digital transformation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, managing the company of the Future from London Business School, healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship from Duke University, and technology entrepreneurship from the Harvard University.

Career

Mikulitski has over 17 years of experience in business development, strategic consulting, and digital marketing. He started his career in 2006 as a strategic planner at Grey Group and ascended to vice president of strategic planning.[9]

His career includes key roles such as managing director at I.E.M., an international healthcare and advanced medical services provider, and marketing strategy and business development head at SMOOVE, a SAAS marketing automation platform.[10]

In 2019, Mikulitski co-founded mooveahead, a technology and business growth agency offering strategic consulting and business development services for MedTech, Healthcare, AgriTech, and AgriFoodTech startups. Simultaneously, he established TheFinder.club, an end-to-end fundraising solution for startups. In the same year, he co-founded QTflow Ltd., introducing ultrasonic micro-air pump technology.[11]

In 2021, Mikulitski started as the co-founder and chief business officer at Mellifex, a white-label payment software company. Mellifex operates as a software platform utilizing escrow technology for non-custodial crypto payments.[12][13]

He is the co-founder and Chief Business Officer at YieldX, an Israeli startup focused on biosecurity in agriculture, particularly early disease detection in livestock and poultry. Additionally, Mikulitski is a strategic advisor and network partner at SGI Ventures.[14]

Mikulitski has served as a lecturer at several Israeli universities, including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he specialized in consumer behavior. At Ben Gurion University, he instructed E-M.B.A. classes on marketing, and at Sapir College, he taught marketing for social science.[15]

Leveraging his extensive experience in business transformation, development, innovation, and sustainability, Mikulitski has established Mikulitski Critical Consulting. The consulting firm specializes in comprehensive personal and business consulting services, providing strategic guidance for growth, innovation, and success.[16]

Mikulitski is actively managing Mikulitski Creative Ventures Ltd., an American company overseeing the educational-developmental brand "Mr.Who." The brand aims to cultivate soft skills, critical thinking, and creativity through digital products such as "Mr.Who's Remarkable Expeditions" and interactive playing cards.[17] The products feature the central character, John, also known as Mr. Who, who is a school-going boy. The brand also offers educational books through the series "Future-Ready Kids," providing a comprehensive framework for early education and valuable resources for overall child development.[18]

In addition to children's literature, Mikulitski empowers individuals and business owners through self-help books. Notable titles include "MIND BLAST,"[19] "Sun Tzu in Pajamas," "Banking Unchained,"[20] "Deceptive Warfare," and "Better than Money."
