Joseph Jedlowski’s career spans over 15 years in the senior housing sector.[1] He has specialized experience in new construction, acquisitions, and revenue development.[2]
Jedlowski received a B.B.A. degree in Healthcare Management and Finance and an M.B.A. degree in Business and Health Care Administration from American University.[3] He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner®️ (CDP®️) through the National Council of Dementia Practitioners.[4]
He served as the president and owner of Milestone Retirement Communities from 2010 to 2021. The company’s reach spanned across 19 states.[5]
Jedlowski founded Distinctive Healthcare in 2021. The company is based in Freehold, New Jersey and provides senior living management and development services.[6] He currently serves as the chairman and CEO, overseeing the operation of over 45 communities.[7]
