Brian J. Esposito is an American serial entrepreneur, business leader, and Founder and CEO of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC (EIE),[1] a diversified holding company with operations spanning media, liquor, music, apparel, sea exploration, security tokens, aviation, space, cryptocurrency, hemp, oil and gas, hospitality, media, real estate, technology, and more.[2][3]

With over 20 years of executive experience, Esposito is known for contributing substantially to the beauty industry, Web3, music & IP, IoT, cyber, and fintech spaces, and is a member of the core team behind building Nodle, the world's largest wireless network. He is also a public speaker, investor, board member, and advisor, leveraging his strength in strategic partnerships and marketing to drive growth and visibility for companies.[4]

Early life and education

Esposito was born and raised in Long Branch, New Jersey, and attended St. Rose Belmar High School. In 2003, he graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in marketing and psychology.

During his formative years, Esposito trained to become a professional baseball player. In the late 1990s, he transitioned to entrepreneurship with an interest in business and technology.

Career

Early years

Esposito’s first venture in 1999 was taking over an iconic coffee shop, The Inkwell Coffee House, established in the 1960s. Later, he ventured into the e-commerce, distribution, and retail sectors, establishing AVEYOU Beauty Boutique. The platform had a collection of over 1,200 beauty and personal care brands catering to a high-profile clientele. AVEYOU achieved several milestones, including the inaugural launch of Amazon Beauty Lux, being Jet.com's first etailer, and being the first to implement Google Wallet on its website. The platform’s growth garnered global recognition, launched iconic brands of celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, Kathy Ireland, and many more leading to a comprehensive case study by Microsoft.[5]

Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC (EIE)

In 2001, Esposito founded Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC (EIE) as a multinational conglomerate holding company with a global footprint spanning over 20 locations, including cities like Dubai, London, Singapore, South Africa, Chicago, New York, Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco. The company has been overseen since 2001 by its CEO and Founder, Brian J. Esposito, renowned for adeptly translating company visions into market launches through strategic team assembly and resource allocation. Under Esposito's leadership, EIE has grown significantly, comprising over 110 entities and 200+ joint ventures across over 25 diverse industry sectors such as beauty, fashion, technology, music, entertainment, charities, real estate, transportation, blockchain, cryptocurrency, IoT, eSports, and hotel development.[6]

Diamond Lake Minerales, Inc.

In August of 2023, Brian J. Esposito took over Diamond Lake Minerals Inc. (OTC: DLMI), a multi-strategy operating company with focus in digital assets and SEC-registered security tokens. Serving as the CEO, Esposito elevated the company's market capitalization from $1 million to over $130 million, and the stock price rose from $0.35 to $4.75 in just over 2 months.[7]

Volunteer Organizations

In 2020, Esposito started as the lead mentor and Director of Development for the HYPE Sports Innovation—Sports Betting Vertical and Accelerator.[8] He is responsible for ensuring the success of the involved companies and providing support and protection to founders, current investors, and stakeholders. Esposito focuses on guiding member entities toward profitability and sustained growth.[9]

Esposito is also a member of the Invisible Disabilities® Association (IDA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The organization aims to provide support, education, and resources to individuals with invisible illnesses. Furthermore, Esposito serves as the President of North America for Hope4, a charitable entity providing donations to individuals affected by poverty, crime, and wars.[10]

Esposito volunteers at Feed Your Mind Music, an afterschool program catering to underserved children and teens. The organization fosters connections between professional artists and instructors, offering music workshops in guitar, piano, trumpet, strings, vocals, recording, and video production for the participants. This initiative aims to provide meaningful musical education and creative opportunities for youth who may not have access to such resources.[11]
