Zack Ross (born 7 December 1989) is one of the fastest-growing real estate entrepreneurs based in San Jose, California.[1] He is the founder of Zack Ross, one of the leading real estate investment firms in America.[2] Ross is often seen on TMZ Live Show sharing his opinion.
Ross is regarded as a prominent figure in the real estate industry for building a vast residential and commercial portfolio in a short period of time.[3] He primarily works in and around The Silicon Valley - buying, fixing, and flipping real estate in San Jose, San Francisco, Redwood City, Santa Cruz, and Vallejo.[4]
Apart from his diversified career in real estate investing, Ross is also a Real Estate Coach and has helped numerous people scale their real estate ventures - earning 5 to 6 figures on a single deal. He also grew up with a strong inclination in skateboarding.
Early life and education
Ross was born on 7 December 1989 in San Mateo, California. While growing up, Ross spent a majority of his time skateboarding, and surfing and succumbed to a number of sports injuries. He even had two major surgeries. He also spent a lot of time working on his father’s job sites helping him with some of the Stone laying.
When Ross was nine years old, he decided to pursue his career in the real estate industry - this decision was mainly inspired by an incident where his father refused him to have a new skateboard due to the lack of funds in the family - this conversation escalated to him enquiring about the real estate business and hence Ross made up his mind to become an investor when he grows up.
Ross’ inclination towards skateboarding only grew with time. The very first skateboard competition he participated in was with Nyjah Huston at Vans Skatepark in Milpitas, CA.
Ross, after completing his elementary education at North Shoreview Montessori went to the Union Middle School and then studied at Leigh High School, Prospect High School, and West Bay High School. Later, he also acquired a Biotechnician certification.
Career
Initially, Ross worked as a pharmaceutical tech for Novartis, where he won multiple awards for his exemplary performance - resulting in an exponential rise in the company’s sales. In 2014, he joined Aerotek as a bio technician, where he worked for a year and then decided to embark on his entrepreneurial journey.[5]
Ross then became a real estate investor specializing in re-development and established Zack Ross. He began to buy, fix and flip houses in the Silicon Valley Bay area - which eventually led him to expand his portfolio throughout California. Eventually, Ross also started coaching and mentoring people as an industry specialist. He has taught three specialization courses in Real Estate with Tai Lopez and Alex Mehr. Soon with them, Ross built an online course called Home Sharing Management Company (HSMC).[6]
Personal life
Zack is a Jehovah's Witness. He is proficient in reading people using a few psychology methods.
