Sean K. DeMarco (born 17 March 1994) is an American serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, model, and philanthropist.[1] He currently serves as the CEO and founder of DeMarco Enterprises International and DeMarco Real Estate of Southern California. Known for his exceptional investment portfolio that has been featured in Forbes, DeMarco is regarded as one of the most prolific industry experts in California. He also received an award from the prestigious Yale University in 2019 for his negotiation strategies.[2]
DeMarco is also the host of the largest weight loss commercial and an international model for a number of industry giants including Calvin Klein, Wrangler, Marc Anthony, Hollister, and Forever 21. Apart from his diversified career in real estate investing and the entertainment industry, DeMarco is also an avid philanthropist and was often seen volunteering and advocating for several social issues.[3]

Early life and education
DeMarco was born on 17 March 1994 in Santa Barbara, California, and grew up on the central coast. After graduating from high school, DeMarco enrolled in college to study investing, business, and real estate ventures.
Career
DeMarco began his career by monetizing on his impressive journey to losing weight (over 250 pounds) and becoming an international model. Soon, he also published a self-memoir titled Finding Me covering his story of how he achieved his ideal body weight.
Soon after graduating from college, DeMarco established DeMarco Enterprises International and DeMarco Real Estate of Southern California and built a spectacular investment portfolio serving as the CEO of these firms. DeMarco has properties spread across the United States in California, Texas, Georgia, and North Carolina as well as internationally in Milan, Italy.
As of 2021, DeMarco’s portfolio is valued to have over seven figures making DeMarco a self-made multi-millionaire before the age of thirty. His value-added services include buying and selling properties in California and helping his clients attain financial freedom by investing in the right properties.
Apart from his entrepreneurial career, DeMarco is also an avid philanthropist and is actively connected with several charities and nonprofit organizations, volunteering to support different causes like advocating for women’s rights, participating in mental health programs, and others.[10]
