Lzeik was born in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia, to Lebanese parents; shortly after moving on to the capital city of Riyadh. He pursued post-secondary education in Marketing at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He obtained an MSc from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, specializing in Marketing and Commercial Management. He furthered his expertise at Miami Ad School in New York City, USA, studying Brand Strategy and Management. Lzeik also attended the Cannes Lions School in Cannes, France, participating in the Young Marketers Academy.

Lzeik is a seasoned marketing and communications consultant and personal brand advisor, boasting over 14 years of experience in assisting government and private organizations as well as senior executives in developing and promoting their brands. He is known for offering holistic solutions that enhance brand presence, visibility, and influence.[5]

Throughout his career, Lzeik has held various key positions, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the field.[6] His roles include serving as head of marcom consulting at Wafy, Saudi-based company with focus on Culture, Sport, Tourism and Entertainment.[7] He also held a role as digital and social media content creator and director at Ethos Interactive. He has also worked as Director, Content and PMO at In Communications and Director, Brand Experience at Publinet Middle East. Furthermore, Lzeik contributed to the marketing efforts as Marketing Manager, Partnerships at Servantrip in Madrid and as Marketing Manager at Maestro Pizza by Daily Food Co., by which lead to a revolutionary shift in the F&B positioning within the Saudi market. Additionally, he played a vital role in executing marketing and communications strategies as a Communications Manager at In Communications in Riyadh.
