Roger Farahmand was raised in Dallas, Texas, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver, a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University Of Southern California, a Master's Degree in Mental Health and Counseling from New York University, and a Jurisprudence/Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton.

After a challenging encounter in 1995, he was inspired to champion minority rights by establishing law firms in underserved neighborhoods within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Roger Farahmand is the founder of Interhealth, Inc., which oversaw a mental health hospital in Dallas. Farahmand is credited with transforming the hospital’s operations. In 2006, the hospital was acquired by Psychiatric Solutions, a publicly traded company.

In 2002, after thinking about the lack of services available to 911 victims and the lack of mental health services impact on corporate employees in New York Roger wondered if mental health services could be provided online. He founded Enterhealth with Dr. Urschel and in collaboration with IBM to provide a telehealth platform offering mental health services. In 2007, Farahmand founded Enterhealth LLC, a rehabilitation center specializing in evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment.[6]

Farahmand is also the founder of One Health, an integrated healthcare delivery system that provides telehealth services. He is the company’s current president and chief strategy officer.[7]
