Ranel Zipor (born October 1, 1996) is an Israeli cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer at RiskMode Ltd., a bug bounty hunter at HackerOne, and the co-founder of CoinsFactor LTD. He is known for his work as a security researcher, red teamer, and adversary simulation specialist.[1]

Early life and education

Zipor was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. He began coding and exploring cyberspace at the age of 12. By the time he was 16, he had already gained professional-level skills in coding and cybersecurity research. At the age of 21, Zipor became an expert in red teaming and adversary simulation, as well as an exploit developer and a respected security researcher with extensive knowledge in hacking.

Career

Zipor is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Riskmode LTD, a fully secure and encrypted smartphone company. The company is a leader in cyber security solutions, ensuring the safety and security of digital assets. He has been working in this role since January 2020. In addition, Zipor works as a bug bounty hunter at HackerOne as a freelancer, a position he has held since March 2017.

Previously, Zipor served as a cyber security analyst at Bank Leumi for five months in 2018. He was also the co-founder of CoinsFactor LTD from January 2018 to May 2019.

Zipor is renowned for his penetration testing and red teaming skills. He is skilled at out-of-the-box thinking and continuously seeks to discover and break new things. Being a self-taught white-hat hacker, he has extensive knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity.
