Presdon Luczek (born March 14, 1994) is a luxury real estate agent, business executive, and former accounts manager. He is the executive director of luxury sales at One Sotheby’s International Realty and has previously worked with several other organizations as an accounts executive and real estate agent.[1][2]
Luczek is skilled and holds notable expertise in data analysis, sales maximization, relationship development, and contract negotiation. Over the years he has garnered a reputation and prolific clientele across south Florida, and Martin County including influencers, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. Luczek has appeared in several leading news publications and magazines including Belmont Star,[3] Khaleej Times,[4] Investor Telegraph,[5] and Business Standard.[6]
Early life and education
Luczek was born on March 14, 1994, in Boston, Massachusetts, and later relocated to Florida. He attended Deerfield Beach High School, and later joined Florida Atlantic University, to pursue a bachelor's in real estate. After completing his graduation, Luczek further attended the Lipsey School of Real Estate and took a 63-hour course that helped him in clearing the Florida Real Estate sales associate state examination.
Luczek is a licensed real estate agent by the state of Florida and a top luxury real estate broker by the Wall Street Journal. He also holds a license from the Florida department of business and professional regulation as a real estate agent and a broker.
Career
Luczek started his career in 2012, by working as a national account executive at Titan List, Deerfield Beach, Florida. He worked at the company for 3 years during which he became a pioneer in developing and implementing new strategies, relationship building, contract negotiation, sales maximization, and data analysis and interpretation. All these skills led to a strong foundation for his real estate career.[7][8] In 2015, Luczek started working as a real estate agent and has worked with Campbell and Rosemurgy Real Estate and Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In the year 2017, Luczek joined The Chad Carroll Group as the director of luxury sales.[9][10] In July 2019, Luczek started working at One Sotheby’s International Realty as the executive director of luxury sales in the sports and entertainment division. While working at the company for over 4 years, Luczek has developed a unique identity for himself known for completing complex deals and incorporating new-age approaches. As a luxury sales agent, Luczek focuses more on digital marketing and strategic campaigning of the properties and particularly invests in videography and photography content creation that highlights every minute detail and information about the property. He even hosts several exclusive events that include top DJs, dancers, champagne, and entertainment to boost the required exposure for his properties.[11][12] Luczek also has a strong social media presence that further adds to gaining more visibility for his listings and leading luxury brand collaborations. He has amassed over 1.2 million followers across his various social handles. He has also been featured in several leading news publications and magazines including Belmont Star, Lincoln Citizen,[13] Hudson Weekly,[14] Flaunt,[15] and several others.[16][17]

Luczek was born in Boston and later relocated to Florida. He currently lives in Boca Raton and is an avid fisherman and golfer. He is active in giving back to the community and voluntarily works with several clubs and associations including the Boys and Girls Club of Deerfield Beach and North Broward County Park Baseball.
