Ofir Ventura (born 13 July 1979) is an American serial entrepreneur, attorney, investor, and philanthropist.[1] He currently serves as the CEO of Ventura Law Center and General Counsel at Ventura Enterprises, apart from running multiple other businesses in over seven industries including intellectual property, real estate, financial investments, sporting agency, and technology.[2]
Ventura owns a mass tort law firm, bars, a gelato shop, a gas station and a few additional businesses as of 2021. He's also a principal of MedElite Capital, a medical accounts receivables acquisition firm, as well as a registered sports agent and general counsel for his firm.[3]
Ventura was recently featured in the Lawyers of Distinction and Top Rated Lawyers 2020 - 2021 list. Apart from his entrepreneurial endeavors, he is also an avid NFT enthusiast and leverages his industry knowledge to raise funds for his philanthropic activities. He is best known to have increased the value of his NFT portfolio by 727% in the past five months.[4]
Early life and education
Ventura was born on 13 July 1979 in Los Angeles, California. He studied at UNLV, acquiring a B.S.B.A. degree, and then went to California Western School to pursue law.
Career
Ventura started his career right after completing his college education. He has been practicing law for the past 18 years and is best known for his practice in mass torts, class action lawsuits, real estate law, and personal injury. He also serves as in-house counsel for his family business, Ventura Enterprises, and a couple of other businesses. He currently writes contracts for MMA fighters and acts in an agent’s capacity.[5]
As of 2021, Ventura has expanded his reach in over seven high-value industries such as real estate, intellectual property, financial investments, food and beverage, and others, running multiple businesses smoothly. He is also the owner of several poker rooms and restaurants across the country.[6]
Apart from that, Ventura, as an avid NFT enthusiast and industry expert, has also spearheaded several projects and funded tech startups. He is currently working with CurArt.io, an NFT management company for famous artists. With this, Ventura also supports several charities and engages in other philanthropic activities, promoting the concept of non-fungible tokens.
Personal life
Ventura is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew. He is an avid NFT collector and is also passionate about off-roading.
