History
Oboard was established on October 8, 2018, and has since become a leading provider of OKR software for businesses and organizations. The company was founded by Viktor Grekov, who also serves as the CEO. Headquartered in Berlin, Oboard operates with a fully remote and distributed team spanning Ukraine, Israel, and the European Union.[5]
The company name "Oboard" is derived from "Objectives Board," a centralized platform for managing and monitoring the company's Objectives and Key Results. Oboard connects OKRs with the related Initiatives (actual tasks) and aligns the team toward achieving these objectives.[6][7]

OKR Board for Jira
OKR Board for Jira is an intuitive tool that enables businesses to set, manage, and report on OKRs directly within Atlassian's project management platform, Jira. The OKR Board for Jira is available on the Atlassian marketplace for both cloud and server hosting, and supports JQL for managing Jira issues.[14]
OKR Board for Salesforce
OKR Board for Salesforce is a powerful app that lets users implement the OKR framework within Salesforce. The app offers features such as customizable dashboards, and one-click reports, making it easy to manage OKRs within the Salesforce platform.[15]
OKR Board for Confluence
OKR Board for Confluence is a plugin that allows users to create real-time OKR dashboards with progress reports, enrich them with additional information, and share them with their teams and C-level executives. The plugin syncs the user's OKR Board for Jira with the Confluence Knowledge Base, turning Confluence pages into custom performance dashboards with up-to-date information.[16]
