Moath Ahmad Alherani (born 24 January 1989) is a Dubai-based engineer and serial entrepreneur better known as Engineer Moath Alherani. He is the founder of two of the fastest-growing companies in the construction and real-estate industries - Atwaar Decoration Design LLC and Sakani Real Estate LLC.[1]
Moath Alherani is credited for building these firms from the ground up and as of 2023, Atwaar Decoration Design has been regarded as the best interior design and landscaping company in Dubai. On the other hand, Sakani Real Estate has become one of the best real estate companies.[2]
Early life and education
Moath Alherani was born on 24 January 1989 in Dubai. He grew up with six siblings, two sisters, and four brothers. After completing his highschool education from Hamdan bin Rashid School, Moath Alherani enrolled in Sharjah University and earned a degree in civil engineering.
Career
Moath Alherani currently resides in Dubai, where he runs two businesses - Atwaar Decoration Design LLC and Sakani Real Estate LLC. Atwaar Decoration Design is known for offering a number of services in the area, which include design, construction, maintenance, fit-outs, renovation, and landscaping. Sakani Real Estate, under Moath Alherani’s leadership, has become Dubai's Number One Real Estate Company that deals in house sales, leasing, management, short-term rentals, valuations, and consultancy.
Personal life
Moath Alherani is a married individual, with his spouse being Marwa Turkmani. Marwa Turkmani is a successful businesswoman, known for her entrepreneurial skills and business acumen. Moath Alherani's primary language of communication is Arabic, being his mother tongue. Additionally, he is proficient in the English language, being able to speak it fluently. This linguistic proficiency has proved to be an asset in his personal and professional life, allowing him to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
