Josiah Grimes (born March 8, 1993) is an Arizona-based entrepreneur and philanthropist.[1] He is the CEO and co-founder of KeyGlee, a real estate wholesaler with over 100 locations in the United States.[2]

Josiah is the CEO and co-founder of New Reach Education, an online education platform that publishes well-known brands such as AstroFlipping and Subto. He serves as the Director for Purpose Founder, a non-profit focused on Christian Evangelism through digital media. Josiah is an active or limited investor in other industries including data, title, and automotive.[3]

Early life and education

Grimes was born on March 8, 1993. He grew up in Chandler, Arizona with three sisters. Grimes is the second oldest sibling. While growing up, he was a competitive gymnast, and often participated in activities in his high school - Tempe Preparatory Academy.

Upon graduation, Grimes went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the W. P. Carey School of Business.

Career

Grimes started his career in 2011 as an acquisitions coordinator for Sell Quick For Cash. The same year, he founded The Key Investor Group.[4]

In 2012, Grimes joined The SRL Group as a realtor. In 2013, he was promoted to become an Operations Manager for Sell Quick For Cash. A year later, he became a certified realtor for My Home Group. In 2015, Grimes became a founding partner of Aptus Investments and Atlas Wholesale Homes.[5]

In 2016, Grimes founded KeyGlee, a real estate technology company.[6] Since its inception, KeyGlee, under the leadership of Grimes, has expanded its operations to cover buying and selling of properties, investments, and franchise options.[7]

In 2018, Grimes founded New Reach Education, an e-learning platform focusing on real estate, investment and financial education. The platform, as of 2022, offers different courses like AstroFlipping, Subto, Flip Foundation, Macrolisting, and Fast Track Agent.[8]

Personal life

Grimes is a husband, a father of two. He is a practicing Christian, and heads a nonprofit organization focused around digital evangelism.
