James Anthony Hulbert (born May 6, 1992) is an American entrepreneur, corporate leader, hypnotist, and blogger. He is an e-commerce analytics and digital content manager at The Home Depot. Hulbert is also the founder of Alto Small Business Solutions, LLC, a digital marketing agency catering to small businesses.
Hulbert is a mental health advocate involved with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and runs a wellness blog, Alto Biohacks.
Early life and education
Hulbert, also known as AJ, was born in Georgia on May 6, 1992, and grew up in the town of Lovejoy, Georgia. Hulbert attended Kennesaw State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, achieving Magna Cum Laude honors in 2016. During his academic years, he completed internships at Kroger and Target, gaining experience in logistics, sales, and merchandising.
Career
Hulbert began his career in January 2017 as an analyst in brand advocacy and category experience at The Home Depot corporate. Over the years, he advanced to a senior analyst role. He currently serves as an e-commerce analytics and digital content manager, leading teams in digital marketing, online customer engagement, search engine optimization (SEO), and content strategy.
In 2022, Hulbert founded Alto Small Business Solutions, LLC, which provides digital marketing services for small businesses. The company offers a range of solutions, including web design, SEO, content creation, competitor analysis, and paid advertising strategy.
Outside his corporate roles, Hulbert runs a wellness blog, Alto BioHacks, which focuses on health, fitness, and practical wellness solutions.
