Guaranteed Sale LLC (commonly referred to as Guaranteed Sale) is an American technology-based real estate company with headquarters in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. It claimed to be the ‘Done For you’ brokerage model instead of the ‘Do it yourself’ system. The company supports its agents with operational, marketing, branding, educational, and business development resources.
History
Guaranteed Sale was founded in 2021 by a real estate agent, Christo Joe. It started selling local residential real estate in Tinton Falls, New Jersey state.
The company was established strongly on the policy of a 100% commission[1] concept; allowing agents to keep 100% of their commissions and pay their broker a small monthly fee rather than paying their broker a share of the commission of each sale, which is common in residential real estate.
Guaranteed Sale Real Estate is an independently owned brokerage, not part of any franchise. The company focuses on brokering and marketing residential real estate[2] for its agents.
Services
Guaranteed Sale provides services to both Real estate agents and their clients: For Real estate agents, Guaranteed Sale provides ‘Done For You’ business.[3] The company will take care of its agents' Marketing, branding, listing management, and transaction management among others.
For Consumers, Guaranteed Sale provides listing updating, market watch updating,[4] agent client coordination, and development services, among others.
Business model
Guaranteed Sale has stated that it is a ‘Done for you’, all-in-one 100% commission real estate brokerage. Although Guaranteed Sale itself is a real estate broker, it does not provide services directly to clients. Instead, we divide New Jersey State into territories and top-performing agents will be hired in each territory as territory agents. The company aims at marketing and virtual assistant support to its territory agents.
Guaranteed Sale’s algorithm ranks its agent’s websites according to data available from the agent’s territory. Their virtual assistants provide professional administrative, technical, and marketing assistance to agents remotely from their offshore offices.[5]
Its business strategy is focused on providing virtual assistance, Marking, and Branding services for top-performing agents.[6]
Here Christo Joe reveals how they decided on the name:
“While I was working as a real estate agent, clients used to ask me within how many days you can sell the property if we hire you. I tell them that I can guarantee their home will be sold in 60 days.[7] That is where I understood sellers need some assurance that they are hiring the right agent. Hence, I decided to give the name “Guaranteed Sale”.
The vision of the company is to utilize the latest technology to provide the highest quality service[8] to its agents. Guaranteed Sale is capitalizing on the power of the Internet to offer unique offerings to both sales associates and consumers.[9]
Website features
The consumer website, https://guaranteed.sale/[10] is an auction-enabled IDX website.[11] When a property is listed on their site agents, users can directly bid from their site. Their easy and transparent bidding process helps home sellers to get top dollar[12] and consumers can bid directly without the help of a realtor.
The website combines the power of cutting-edge technology.
