He won a National Championship in BenchPress Powerlifting. He also received prestigious scholarships, including the John R. Mott Scholarship and the HULT Entrepreneurial Impact Scholarship.

Early life and education

Bisardi was born and raised in Amantea, Calabria, Italy. At nine, he became interested in coding and explored cybersecurity and open-source projects. Inspired by Dragon Ball Z, he began doing pushups excessively, leading to back complications. Despite resistance from his family and gym personnel, he pursued weightlifting and excelled in powerlifting competitions, including winning the Italian Benchpress Championships.

Bisardi obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Calabria in 2018 and pursued a master's degree in international business at Hult International Business School as a recipient of the Hult Entrepreneurial Impact Scholarship in 2018–2019.

During his initial year as a bachelor's student, Bisardi actively engaged in university accelerators, incubators, and technology transfer offices across Italy. This allowed him to gain diverse experience and expand his expertise in startups and entrepreneurship. Notably, he invested considerable time in studying over 50 books on these subjects.

Bisardi's technological expertise includes SQL, certified development skills in HTML, CSS, and Python, advanced knowledge of growth hacking tools and scripts, and Photoshop. He holds certifications as a project manager with ISIPM-based skills from the European Innovation Academy.

In 2022, Bisardi completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Westcliff University in Irvine, United States. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree at the same institution, graduating in 2025.

Career

Bisardi's professional journey includes significant experience in various roles and organizations. In 2017, he began his career as an associate operations manager at the European Innovation Academy, overseeing operations in Turin, Italy, and Cascais, Portugal. During this period, he collaborated on developing a playbook encompassing design thinking, growth hacking, and performance marketing, benefiting 600 students. Bisardi's efforts also led to establishing partnerships with 215 universities across 85 countries, culminating in a large-scale start-up exhibition held in Rome, Milan, and Turin, attended by 600 students.

In 2018, Bisardi started as a partner and growth hacking advisor at Paladin & Partners in Berkeley. In this role, he offered valuable guidance to founders in the blockchain and AI industries, facilitating investment deals and overseeing client relationships across 11 countries.

In May 2019, Bisardi joined Vite Labs in San Francisco as a growth marketing manager. In this capacity, he focused on optimizing paid marketing channels, conducting meticulous A/B testing, and leveraging the insights provided by Google Analytics to refine marketing strategies. Bisardi showcased his expertise in extracting data and generating leads from platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn, employing automation techniques to deliver personalized B2B outreach. He was instrumental in launching two products—a highly regarded multichain wallet boasting over 50,000 users and a decentralized exchange facilitating daily trading volumes of $2 million.

In December 2020, Bisardi joined BitGo as a growth marketing professional, focusing on growth hacking through social media and web optimization, marketing funnel automation, and outbound business development. His contributions include developing internal industry reports, conducting competitor analysis, and assisting in the creation of customer personas and channels. He collaborates with various teams across infrastructure, sales, security, products, and data to ensure effective positioning and growth strategies.

Before joining BitGo, Bisardi assumed a part-time position as a demand generation/marketing manager and growth advisor at TechCrunch and Nonfiction.

During the years 2016–2020, Bisardi served as a chapter director at Startup Grind, a global initiative powered by Google for startups operating in 150 countries. In this role, he spearheaded the development and leadership of teams across three chapters located in Cosenza (Italy), San Francisco, and Berkeley. Bisardi's commitment to cultivating local communities resulted in the education and support of over 900 aspiring entrepreneurs. Notably, he orchestrated numerous events and webinars, managing speakers for large-scale conferences attended by audiences of up to 8,000 individuals. Bisardi is actively engaged in networking with chapter directors worldwide, cultivating collaborative partnerships at both the national and international levels.

From September 2020 to March 2021, Bisardi served as a data analytics advisor for the Italian Scientists and Scholars in North America Foundation (ISSNAF).
