Dylan Graham (born January 24, 1988) is an American business executive, real estate agent and baseball player. He is the founder of Dylan Graham Reality[1] and was recently chosen to be on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors.[2]

Graham is a licensed realtorⓇ and an expert negotiator. He has an experience of over 14 years in the real estate and customer service industry.

Early life and education

Dylan Graham was born on January 24, 1988, in San Diego, the son to Don and Lauren Graham. He graduated from St Augustine High School in San Diego in 2006. From 2006-2007 Dylan received a baseball scholarship to play for San Diego State University from 2006-2007. In 2009, Dylan completed a Spanish immersion study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso in Valparaiso, Chile. In 2013, Dylan graduated from San Diego State University and obtained a bachelor's degree in International Economics and Spanish.

Career

Before starting his career as a real estate agent, Dylan joined St Augustine High School as a baseball coach.[3] He also played for the SDSU Aztecs under head coach Tony Gwynn. During his tenure as a baseball coach at high school, Graham rescued a student and his life from the kidnapper.[4][5] Through his act of courage, the kidnapper who was alleged of robbed a lemon grove gas station and carjacking an old woman in Ramona was arrested and sentenced to lifelong imprisonment.[6][7][8][9][10][10][10]

In 2009, Graham worked as a customer service specialist at Hilton San Diego Resort and Spa. In 2011, he joined Hotel del Coronado as a customer service representative. In 2017, Graham Dylan started working at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a RealtorⓇ. Later in 2019, he joined Coldwell Banker West Realty.

In October 2017, he started Dylan Graham Reality, a platform committed towards assisting home buyers and sellers with professional, attentive, and responsive real estate services.[11] He owns and manages several properties in the San Diego region and is a certified property manager.[12][13]

Personal life

Graham has been credited with the citizens of courage award.[14] Graham got married to Kristina in March 2018.
