Don Williams (born 13 June 1960) is an American entrepreneur, author, business executive, keynote speaker, business development consultant, and podcast host. Williams is best known for his unique business ideas and training entrepreneurs on wealth-building principles. He specializes in offering professional sales training and consulting.

Williams has over three decades of experience as a marketing and sales expert across the B2C, B2B, and B2G industries, and has worked with several prolific clients helping them gain traction and scale their business. He focuses on providing people with professional training by leveraging a proven innovative and individualistic approach. He has gained mass recognition for his business development strategies that revolve around educating entrepreneurs on how to be successful.

Williams is also a 3-time bestselling author and a celebrated keynote speaker. He is often seen at several industry events including workshops, training sessions, summits, podcasts, and panels sharing his experience as a subject matter expert. Williams is also the recipient of the ATA Fulcrum Award.

Early life and education

Williams was born on 13 June 1960 to Don and Carolyn Williams. He completed his high school education in Wichita, KS, and then enrolled in the Wichita State University, from where he eventually withdrew.

Career

Williams started his career in 1978 as a Sales Representative at Uniway, Inc. He worked for six years with this firm, during which he became the #1 sales rep in the US, #1 sales manager in the US, and #1 regional sales manager. Soon after his exit from, Uniway, Williams joined Timbercrest Homes, where he worked for a year becoming the company’s #1 sales rep and #1 sales manager.

In 1986, Williams started the Savers Alliance Companies where he served as CEO and President. He served for over a decade at this firm and then joined Alliance Call Centers as a Chief Executive Officer. Williams is a Principal at this firm and operating as a freelance consulting business coach under the - Don Williams Global brand. Since then he has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies amongst other prolific clients helping them increase their sales and ROI. His coaching services include Marketing & Sales, Customer Service (CX), Company Culture, Strategy and Execution, and Transformational Leadership.

Williams is also a renowned bestselling author of Build Your Big Legacy, Romancing Your Customer, and D.I.Y. Outbound Contact Center Toolbox. He is also a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization since 2013 and a judge at Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service since 2019.
