Bella Bucchiotti (born December 25, 1997) is a Canadian blogger, content creator, vlogger, and influencer. She is known primarily for her blog, xoxoBella, covering food, travel, and lifestyle. As a freelance writer, Bucchiotti contributes to MSN and Associated Press Wire.[1][2]

Biography

Bucchiotti was born in New Westminster, British Columbia and raised in Mission, British Columbia.

Bucchiotti grew up with learning disabilities, including auditory processing disorder and dyslexia. In 2015, she started xoxoBella, a blog aimed at sharing her culinary skills, featuring a collection of food recipes. The blog gained attention in part due to her artistic food photography, which gained traction on various social media platforms. As a food writer,[3] and recipe developer, Bucchiotti regularly shares new recipes that are popular with readers.[4] The recipes on xoxoBella are easy-to-make comfort food dishes, and many are authentic Italian family recipes.

As a passionate traveler, Bucchiotti started documenting her visits to worldwide destinations. Her travels have taken her to several countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Oceania. Her travel blog serves as a comprehensive resource, featuring detailed accounts of her experiences in various countries. This includes insights into accommodation choices, recommended activities, off-beat destinations, travel guides, and culinary suggestions. During her adventures, Bucchiotti also engages in cooking lessons to learn about regional cuisines and cooking techniques unique to each location.

The blog, xoxoBella, has content that spans a wide spectrum, including recipes, travel, sustainability,[5][6][7] fashion, dogs,[8] beauty, home decor, and fitness.

Following a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, Bucchiotti began documenting her life, sharing insights into her experience with autoimmune diseases. Actively advocating and educating about her medical conditions, she offers valuable information on dietary choices and travel tips for managing these health challenges.[9]

In addition to the blog, Bucchiotti also shares the content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, amassing over a million followers.

As a freelance writer[10] and contributor, Bucchiotti’s work has also been featured on MSN,[11] Associated Press, The New York Post,[12] Salon,[13] The Good Men Project, Better Homes & Gardens, Business Insider,[14] BuzzFeed, Business in Vancouver,[15] Good Housekeeping,[16] The Pioneer Woman,[17] Woman's Day[18] and several others.
