Armando Olivares (born 21 October 1990) is a Peruvian serial entrepreneur and real estate mogul based in the United States. He is best known as the founder of Homes 4 Dinero, one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the States.[1]

Olivares as a serial entrepreneur has launched multiple successful businesses aside from his demonstrated history in the real estate industry. He is also a strong proponent of supporting the Latina community especially when it comes to learning about real estate investing. He even started Movimiento Nacional Latino in 2021 to further this cause.[2]

Early life and education

Olivares was born on 21 October 1990 to Yuri Olivares and Lourdes Espinoza in Lima, Peru. He completed his middle school education at Pythagoras school and then went to Urbana high school. When he was a teenager, the family immigrated to the United States where Olivares attended Montgomery College, but dropped out soon after taking up different paid jobs, which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial career.

Yury, Olivares' father, owns a construction company, and Lourdes, his mother, is a stay-at-home mom. Olivares relocated to Annandale, Virginia, with his father when he was 13 years old. He developed a strong feeling of responsibility from an early age, engaging in paid jobs.

Career

In June 2006, Olivares began working at Papa John's as a busboy and was promoted to branch manager a year later. He was then hired as a teller at PNC bank by the branch manager of his neighborhood bank, who saw great potential in him. Soon, Olivares became one of the top bankers in the city.

In 2017, Olivares joined CitiBank as the branch manager, where he worked for two years. During this time, Olivares broke all previous sales records and got his branch to become the most productive branch nationwide in 2019.

In 2020, Olivares hired Ossad as his teller and had major life altering conversations about entrepreneurship which served as a catalyst and foundation for the establishment of his Real Estate business - Homes 4 Dinero. It soon became one of the fastest-growing real estate businesses nationwide. Olivares closed 20 extremely lucrative deals in just six months, establishing himself as a real estate tycoon. Since its inception, Homes 4 Dinero under Olivares’ leadership has made more than a million dollars in revenue.

Soon, Olivares started investing in other ventures, of which Movimiento Nacional Latino gained much traction. He started this with his business partner Joel Condor in August 2021.

Personal life

Olivares married his longtime sweetheart Veronica Hinojosa on March 15, 2016. The couple has three children - Sophia Olivares, Leonardo Olivares, and Isabella Olivares.
