In the city of Aiken, South Carolina, there is a public institution known as the University of South Carolina Aiken (often referred to as USCA or South Carolina Aiken). It is a constituent institution of the University of South Carolina System and provides educational opportunities leading to bachelor's and master's degrees. Through the Extended Graduate Campus initiative at the University of South Carolina, additional graduate-level coursework and degree programmes are made available to students. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is one of the baccalaureate degrees that may be earned online via Palmetto College through the University of South Carolina Aiken, which confers degrees in more than 30 different main fields of study.

Aiken is the location of the campus, which encompasses 453 acres (183 hectares), and is situated 29 kilometres (18 miles) from Augusta, Georgia, and 96 kilometres (60 miles) from Columbia, South Carolina.

There are roughly 3,450 undergraduate students and 250 graduate students enrolled at USC Aiken, making it one of the universities within the USC system that is expanding at one of the quickest rates. In the autumn of 2018, the institution had enrolment levels that broke all previous records. Students benefit from a low faculty-to-student ratio of 15:1, and their classes typically have a size of 15 students.
