History
U.S. Self Storage was founded by Victor Dante, a graduate of the University of Miami. He is a civil trial attorney who received his juris doctorate at the St. Thomas University School of Law. He developed U.S Self Storage, a website where consumers search storage facilities, compare prices and reserve storage units online throughout the United States. He also initially funded the company himself.[3]
In February 2022, the company announce that for the past eight years, from January 1, 2013, to December 31, 2021, U.S. Self Storage has had an average annual increase in gross income of 28 percent. The increase in reservations to self-storage facilities across the United States is directly proportional to the increase in gross income, with self-storage reservations increasing by 31% annually on average.[4]
