Tiger Group is a real estate development company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. History
Tiger Group was founded in 1976 by H.H. Waleed Mohmmad Mohammad and Waleed Mohammad, operating in both Sharjah and Dubai. The group was established to contribute to the development of the United Arab Emirates by delivering innovative, high-quality landmark projects.[6] The corporation originated as a project construction and real estate development company with headquarters in Dubai, and gradually expanded into healthcare, education, manufacturing, hospitality, and facilities management throughout the Middle East, Turkey, and Gulf Region.[7][8][9][10]
Eng. Waleed Mohammad Mohammad, chairman of the group, is determined to achieve success and contribute significantly to the UAE’s economic growth.[11][12] Over more than two decades of continuous service across the construction, industrial, and services industries, Tiger Group has become a prominent name in developing communities.[13] With real estate as its primary focus, the group is known to have finished or be in the process of finishing over 250 projects and 93 million square feet of built-up space.[14][15][16]
