Tal Vincent Hajek (born November 30, 1974) is an L.A. based Israeli entrepreneur, recording artist, TV show host, and Author.[1] She is the co-founder and CEO of Michael Vincent Academy, a prominent beauty school, and Michael Vincent Studios.

Hajek has over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry - she is a former member of the popular pop music group i5 that was signed under Warner Bros. Hajek was also a VJ for MTV and E Entertainment. As the director of Image Group PR, Hajek worked alongside a number of prolific clients such as Dez Bryant, Snoop Dog, Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison, Brad Pitt, Kevin Hart, Ice Cube, and Wiz Khalifa to name a few.

Hajek is considered a force to be revoked within the entertainment and fashion industry - especially because of her passionate stride and unique approach. Some of her best projects include - her shoot for the Beats by Dre marketing campaign, working alongside Tai Lopez on her book, "Become A Top Model (A Guru's Guide), and event producer for the Wavefront Music Festival.

Early life and education

Hajek was adopted at a very young age by Mazal Berger and Amir Berger and raised in Holon, Israel. She was raised in a nurturing and loving adoptive household and began musical training at the age of four. At the age of six, she made her debut singing with the Israeli Philharmonic in operas such as Carmen by Bizet, La Boheme by Puccini, La Traviata by Verdi, and others.

Hajek, after completing her high school, enrolled in the MI Musician Institute for college where she pursued a BA in Vocals and Conducting. She was also a member of the youth group HaNoar HaOved VeHaLomed.

Career

Hajek started her career in 1996 as a backup singer for ADAM at their Eurovision pre-trial contest performance. In the next couple of years, she also worked for Aviv Geffen on their album, "It's Cloudy Now.

Hajek as an Air Force commander was also the lead singer of the Israeli Air-force's big band division. This band performed in front of top diplomats, world leaders, presidents, and key political/military figures.

In 2000, Hajek joined the pop music group - i5, represented by Giant Re, which was signed with Warner Bros. This band became one of the most popular bands in the early 2000s and was listed in the top 40 on the billboard list for their single, "Distracted.”[2] The band’s song - Cinderella became a global hit.

In 2003, Hajek became a VJ for MTV and E Entertainment where she worked for two years. In 2005, Hajek began working on marketing campaigns for Myspace along with her musical career. In the same year, she also sang with D.M.C. And Friends performed at Live 8 in Barrie's Molson Park, organized by Sir Bob and The Band-Aid Trust to raise money to fight poverty around the world, the event was viewed by around 2 billion people.

In 2007 and 2008 Hajek and Michael worked with the NFL Raiders photographing the team and the cheerleaders. They also photographed the Dallas Cowboys and their main star at time Dez Bryant. During this time Hajek was one of the directors of Image Group PR and her work was published on over 2,000 magazine covers including covers for DUB Magazine, and FHM Worldwide. Hajek worked alongside a number of prolific clients including Floyd Mayweather, Sarah Oliver, Laura Goven, Juliette Lewis, DJ Aoki, Ron Artest (NBA), Tara Patrick, Christine Dulce, Tila Tequila, Johnny Knoxville, Rob Dyrdek, Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa, and others. Hajek was the lead hair/makeup artist on these shoots.

Hajek also shot for the Beats by Dre marketing campaign which featured DJ David Guetta and wrote with Tai Lopez on the book, "Become A Top Model (A Guru's Guide)" which was published in 2012.[3] In 2013 she worked as an event producer for the Wavefront Music Festival.

In 2013, Hajek along with her husband founded Michael Vincent Academy, a prominent beauty school based in Los Angeles, known for providing both in-person and online beauty courses. Since its inception, the academy has organized and been a part of several major events such as the MTV Music Awards, the Grammys, the Oscars, fashion week LA, and others. She currently serves as the CEO of this institute.

Personal life

Hajek is married to Michael Vincent and they are parents of Ryder Amir Vincent Hajek and Rock Moshe Vincent Hajek. She is fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, German, English, and Bulgarian.
