Singleton Reynolds
Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP (abbreviated as Singleton Reynolds) is a Canadian law firm with two offices located in Vancouver and Toronto. The firm is recognized for construction and infrastructure law.[1][2]
The firm offers legal services in the areas of construction and infrastructure law, commercial litigation, corporate law, professional liability, product liability, insurance, commercial real estate, employment and labour law and business immigration.[3]
The firm has approximately 65 lawyers, and has been in operation for 38 years.
History
In 1982 the firm was founded as Singleton & Co. by Chair John R. Singleton Q.C. in Vancouver.
In 1986, Glenn Urquhart and his construction litigation team joined the firm and the firm re-branded as Singleton Urquhart.[4]
In 2018, the firm expanded to Toronto with the addition of named partners Bruce Reynolds and Sharon Vogel. The firm was re-branded and now operates nationally as Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.[5]
The firm is currently led by Co-Managing Partners Mark Stacey and Bruce Reynolds.
