Shapiro (stylized as SHAPIRO), is a Canadian singer, songwriter.

Early life

Shapiro is an Artist from Mississauga, ON. A city next to Toronto. Shapiro covers his face to direct the focus from him to his music. Shapiro’s sound is sultry & smooth, giving you that calm Toronto style. [1]

Life and Career

Shapiro was raised in a sequestered neighbourhood filled with crime, He is the middle child in the family of 3 kids. Shapiro lost his father shortly after relocating to a suburban area at the age of 14, leaving him with tremendous sense of family responsibility as the oldest son. Through many hardships losing friends to their environment, feeling & failing at love music became an outlet for Shapiro. [2] Shapiro has collaborated with the amazingly talented Maine Ashley, They wrote the single “You Need Me” for Black Coffee (DJ)’s album titled, “Subconsciously (Black Coffee album)”[3]
