With 15 active locations across Ontario, 2 office locations in Europe, and 3 more opening up in British Columbia, the company is leading the potential in property management and surpassing the client’s experience by having all departments operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.[2]

History
The company was founded in 2010 by Nathan Levinson.
In 2012, the company began to see sales. The company’s potential was intrigued by an American Investment Firm and later sold for 66% in 2015. However, seeing its full potential go unnoticed in 2016, Levinson bought the company back and made it the fastest growing property management company in North America.
In 2018, the company expanded departments to maintenance services, legal services related to landlord and tenant complaints, accounting, customer care, and decided to keep establishing deeper instincts by growing all departments in-house.
In 2019, the company surpassed all competitors in Ontario and became the largest and most innovative property management company in Canada.
During the covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the company decided to develop new strategies and implement new technologies that focus on custom security and integration. Its sales tripled and saw exponential growth by changing its mission to becoming the innovation leadership of property management.
In 2021, it became the first Canadian property management company to expand globally.[5]
February, 2021 marked the official headquarters of Europe in Tirana, Albania with over 100 employees.
The headquarters in Tirana have led the company to become the first in the industry to operate all in-house services 24/7/365 days a year for all areas served in Canada.
Future plans include 10 more office locations across Canada, and 5 additional office locations in Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, and Albania.
