Rommel Haddad (born January 1, 1983) is a fitness model, personal trainer, and social media influencer based in Dubai. He is a personal trainer at The Warehouse Gym, Dubai, and provides online training services through his website. Haddad's expertise and dedication as a bodybuilder have helped him gain recognition as the best personal trainer in Dubai since 2012.

Early life and education

Haddad was born Muhammad Rommel Al-Haddad on January 1, 1983, in Damascus, Syria, the son of Ali and Afaf Haddad. At the young age of 16, he entered the world of bodybuilding. Soon after establishing his reputation by competing in junior tournaments, he decided to pursue a career in bodybuilding as a trainer and club owner.

At age 20, after graduating, Haddad joined the army and served for two and a half-year. After honorably discharging from his duties, Haddad continued to advance his training in the sport and obtained a professional trainer certificate from the Weider Academy for cultural training Middle East & Africa and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Following the 2012 events in Syria, Haddad relocated to the United Arab Emirates, where he now resides in Dubai.[1]

Career

In 2012, Haddad began his career as a personal trainer at The Warehouse Gym in Dubai. As a professional personal trainer, he owns numerous accolades and certifications, including the IFBB certificate, the WSF certificate, the title of champion of Syria in 2010, and the title of champion of Damascus in 2011. His clientele includes celebrities and noteworthy figures, including Abdulhadi Alkkhayat from the UAE. In 2012, he was also the head coach for the Dubai Fitness Championship and won a gold medal in the individual category of the championship.[2]

Haddad also provides virtual personal training sessions through his website. His services include online coaching, personal training, muscle development, weight loss, and diet and supplement regimens. His program also consists of a mobile application that provides a thorough guide to individualized workouts, diets, and healthy living plans based on the client's chosen package.[3]

Haddad is also a social media influencer, using platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to make interesting fitness content and promote brands, further increasing his reach and clientele. His Instagram account has over 123K followers, making him one of Dubai's most followed fitness trainers.

Haddad is the author of the book "The 5 Minute fat loss secret," in which he offers his success story and the most effective fitness practices to assist others in their weight reduction journey and attainment of fitness objectives. The book is one of iTunes's top ten health and fitness ebooks.[4]

Haddad is also a fashion model and has been in several advertisements for television networks, including Dubai TV and MBC. He is also a successful businessman and the founder of Yalla Gamers, a UAE-based online and retail store that sells gaming accessories.[5]

Haddad resides in Dubai, UAE, and married his wife, Raneem, in 2014.
