Roberto Boligan (born May 14, 1984 also known as Berto Boligan) is an American entrepreneur, software developer, tech savvy professional, and a social media influencer.[1] He is the founder of several software companies and the Boligan Foundation.[2]
Boligan has been recognized for his philanthropic efforts towards the society and has been featured in over 13 publications. His notable philanthropy work includes teaching technical skills to local people who are highly affected by poverty.[3]
Early life and education
Boligan was born in Miami, Florida, raised by a single mother.[4] He had a challenging childhood facing financial crises and several setbacks. Boligan was instilled with the values of hard work, faith, work ethics, and persistence, owing to his mother, which he believes to be his driving mechanisms towards success.
Career
Boligan started his career as a sales representative at Tropicana and rose to the position of Route sales representative before getting terminated.[5]
Boligan owns several software companies including a proprietary software company that operates towards solving the issues faced by customers regarding their mortgages.[6]
Recently Boligan has set up a Boot camp in Pakistan,[7] wherein he has decided to provide with all the necessary materials, hardware, and guidance to young individuals who are dedicated towards making a career in Esports.[8]
Boligan as an internet personality and social media influencer has over 160K followers on his Instagram handle “bertocanfly”.[9][10] He initially started his page as a means to connect with his friends and family and post his fashion and Lamborghini pictures. As he achieved success, he started motivating and influencing his followers through his story and experiences.
Boligan intends to release a smartphone app soon that will fundamentally alter how users see social media networks.
Philanthropy
Boligan is the founder of Boligan Foundation, which works towards providing resources to Esports players and technologically advanced people who lack the means to compete at international forums and tournaments. He acts as a coach to individuals and helps them in shaping their future into desired fields.
