Richard Reid is a British executive coach, leadership consultant, accredited psychotherapist, and author known for his contributions to business psychology and legal sector leadership. Education and Credentials
Reid holds a BA (Hons) in Greek & Roman Studies from the University of Birmingham. He is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coach, and a Master Practitioner of NLP. He has additional training in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Trauma Risk Management, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Reid is the founder of Richard Reid Enterprises, where he has developed and delivered bespoke coaching and training programs for senior executives, legal teams, and government agencies. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and public sector organizations such as the City of London Police, the Ministry of Defence, and the Witness Protection Programme.
He served as Chief People Officer at Harneys Westwood & Riegels, a global offshore law firm. In this role, he oversaw leadership development, organizational culture initiatives, and resilience programs across 13 international offices. His work at Harneys focused on empowering legal teams to lead effectively in high-pressure, rapidly evolving environments.
