Preston Hazard (born December 8th, 2001) is an American Filmmaker, Author, Animator and musician.[1] He is best known for creating the animated series Fundamentally Cynical. Hazard's shows are usually dark and have been described as being Cult series.
Career
Not much is known about Hazard's early career, however, he has been working on independent films since 2016. His first animated series "The Garbage Can Man Show" debuted on Amazon Prime Instant Video on February 10th, 2017, and ran until July 25th, 2018.[2] His second series Fundamentally Cynical debut on January 1st, 2019, and was picked up for a second season in December of the same year.[3] Hazard has cited Rick and Morty, Futurama, Ren and Stimpy as well as rock band The Doors as his primary inspirations.[4]
Personal Life
Hazard was born in Nashville, Tennessee but currently resides in Connecticut. Hazard is an avid biker and claims to bike thirty miles a day.[5] He is also an avid musician.
