Peter Anthony is an American management consultant, entrepreneur, and business executive from Washington, D.C., known for his role as the President of ReefPoint Group, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in healthcare and support services for veterans and service members.[1] He also serves as the president of BaseFEST, an organization that hosts an annual music festival to unite communities at military bases and VA medical centers nationwide.[2]

Career

Anthony is a native of the United States and a graduate of the University of Maryland.

In August 2020, he assumed the position of president at ReefPoint Group, a company founded in 2008 by Naval Academy graduates. ReefPoint Group focuses on providing healthcare and support services to veterans and service members, aiming to optimize processes for federal agencies using agile development methodologies. Anthony leads the organization with a vision to serve, innovate, and empower healthcare visionaries to enhance care for veterans, military service members, and their families. Anthony also serves as the Managing Director at Taurian Consulting, a joint venture between Guidehouse and ReefPoint Group. The partnership aims to deliver innovative, scalable solutions in health innovation, IT clinical management and analytics, data analytics, and supply chain optimization.[3]

In addition to ReefPoint Group, Anthony serves as the president of BaseFEST in Annapolis, Maryland. BaseFEST organizes an annual all-day festival across major military bases in the U.S., with a mission to support family programs on base, enhance troop morale, and nurture strong base communities essential to the U.S. military.[4]

Furthermore, Anthony has been a board member at ViaEntertainment Group since 2019, contributing to the strategic direction and operations of the organization.

Throughout his career, Anthony has held various roles in management consulting, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership. He was a managing director at Concord Advisory in Washington, D.C., assisting mid-size companies with revenue growth, market expansion, capital restructuring, and strategic guidance.

Before joining Concord Advisory, Anthony was a managing director at 52nd Street Partners, providing strategic counsel to healthcare membership organizations and industry partners. Anthony has also been actively involved in community service, serving as a board member and finance committee member at Sasha Bruce Youthwork in Washington, D.C., a non-profit organization offering comprehensive services to at-risk youth and families.

He has also held roles at CQ Roll Call, a leading media company, where he served as chief product officer and senior vice president. Anthony notably served as the publisher of CQ Roll Call before transitioning as the CEO at Illumen. Illumen develops a proprietary online search and information-management tool integrating AI, catering to corporate government affairs offices, trade associations, lobbying and law firms, and public relations agencies to make well-informed business decisions. Additionally, Anthony held the position of senior vice president at Uniscribe.
