Osama Sabbah (born 5 September 1987) is a Palestinian-American entrepreneur and businessman.[1] He is the founder and president of SphereAccess Inc., a software technology company based in Florida.[2] Sabbah is best known for his expertise in product development, business and product strategy, he has vast experience in product design & architecture, process automation, artificial intelligence and lean processes.[3] He has vast industry experience and has strong business relationships to scale the products.[4] Sabbah has been often named as an expert to fortify the ability to create a big picture and not missing any minutiae details.[5]
Sabbah’s company SphereAccess is known for designing, developing and publishing business intelligence and support softwares that helps the client companies to collect, store, report, and analyze data from their several business operations.[6] Under his leadership, SphereAccess is considered as one of the fastest growing companies that works on providing products infused with cutting edge technology bridging the gap between the businesses and customers.[7]
Sabbah is considered as one of the leading technopreneurs who aims at changing the face of the business world by introducing high-tech advancements merged with innovations and offering solutions that help in increasing productivity.[8]
Early life and education
Sabbah was born in Ramallah, Palestine, on 5 September 1987. He got enrolled in a bachelor’s course offered by the Guilford College, where he studied Economics, Accounting and Finance. During his time at Guilford, Sabbah was elected as the president of The Economics Advancement Club and a representative of the senior class for the student body government. Sabbah was also an Accounting, Economics and Statistic tutor. He graduated in 2009.
After graduating with a B.A. & B.S. from Guilford college, Sabbah went to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for a year where he studied Information Technology HealthCare Management.
Career
In 2009, Sabbah joined Apex Analytix, a computer software company in Greensboro, North Carolina. Sabbah worked with this company for over a decade assuming several roles. He started out as a Statement Auditor, after gaining experience he was promoted to the post of a Recovery Analyst by the end of 2010. In a very short period, Sabbah was appointed as an Audit Advisor. He conducted global AP Audit review for multiple $3B+ spend / year companies such as CitiGroup, General Motor USA & Europe, IBM EMEA, Hunt Oil, Hershey, T-Mobile, Verizon, Nash Finch, Wal-Mart, and Disney. In 2012, Sabbah moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he worked as a Retail Engagement Consultant for Walmart for over three years. Sabbah was appointed as a Manager of International Retail Concepts in 2015, and was responsible for managing and expanding the company’s business in the United States, Canada and Latin America. After a year,Sabbah became the Automation and Innovation manager and shifted to Tampa, Florida. Sabbah then managed the development of products and several solutions. He automated over $100M by building applications with cutting-edge technology and supplying critical trend data and insights to existing process optimization. Lastly, Sabbah was promoted to manage several company projects and implemented strategic vendor management solutions.
After leaving Apex Analytics, Sabbah founded SphereAccess Inc. A software technology company that focuses on creating real world solutions. In a short period of time with SphereAccess, Sabbah became the President & CEO of this high-tech software company.
SphereAccess is bifurcated in two entities namely XPRO and CUE. XPRO is a cloud-based ecosystem that provides a number of services that helps in automating profit recovery, vendor onboarding and verification, and data cleansing. These services are offered through a range of products like XPRO Recovery, XPRO Portal, and XPRO VMC. CUE on the other hand, is a digital advertising company that develops marketing billboards using facial recognition. There are several other entities still under incubation and Sabbah looks forward to adding them to the company.
Licences and certifications
Sabbah is a certified pragmatic marketer and RPA developer. Sabbah issued his certificate in robotic process automation in 2017 from UiPath and his pragmatic marketing certificate in 2018 from Pragmatic Institute. He is currently a CPA candidate and expects completion in 2021.
