Omotolani Olawale Gazal (born October 14, 2001), popularly known as Olly Gazal, is an Irish entrepreneur, digital marketer, media strategist, writer, and former American football player.[1][2] He is the founder and CEO of Ollys TV, a music and entertainment company based in Ireland.[3] He is a renowned digital brand builder, having gained experience working with several fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, artists, influencers, musicians, and executives.[4][5][6][7][8]

Gazal is also the founder of Heavenly Preachers, a Christian motivational page, and is a contributing writer for Yahoo Finance, Deccan Herald, and Medium. He has been featured in multiple high-end publications and magazines such as The Source, Hype Magazine, Thisis50, All Hip Hop, and others.[9][10][11]

Early life and education

Gazal was born on October 14, 2001, in Lagos, Nigeria, the eldest son of Olawale Gazal Sr. and Tolulope Adelesi. He completed his primary education at Scoil Oilibhéir Naofa and Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh.[12] From 2014 to 2019, he attended Colaiste na hInse and Dee Unique Secondary School in Lagos. Gazal further enrolled in Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) in 2019 to pursue his electrical and electronics engineering studies. He then moved to the United States on an academic scholarship to further his mechanical engineering studies at North Park University. He was also recruited in North Parks Football team to play as a Defensive Tackle Player.[13][14]

At a young age, Gazal developed a passion for dance and was largely inspired by Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson.[15][16] He began self-learning by watching videos and soon started performing at various dance competitions and events in his school. He then joined the FitKids Fitteens dance school at the age of 11 and participated in and won prizes at multiple hip-hop dance competitions in Ireland.[17][18][19][20][21][22][23]

Career

Gazal realized his networking skills and wanted to help people build their digital presence.[24][25][26][27][28] In 2019, Gazal began an Instagram meme page, after which he started growing a following and decided to utilize it to help promote his friends' songs and continue assisting others in Ireland's music and entertainment industries. After gaining a following of one thousand people, Gazal decided to launch a YouTube channel dedicated to promoting independently created original material.[29][30][31]

In 2019, Gazal founded Ollys TV, an online platform that distributes music videos, interviews, and entertainment news.[32][33][34] It is a platform where several up-and-coming musicians from nations such as Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Nigeria can showcase their music and establish a name for themselves in the music industry. The website enables artists to get published in major news outlets and blogs to enhance their authority and credibility.[35][36][37][38]

Over the years, Gazal has gained recognition as a prolific digital brand builder for individuals and companies, known to have worked with several fortune many companies, entrepreneurs, artists, influencers, musicians, and executives to enhance their digital presence.[39][40][41]

Gazal is also the founder of Heavenly Preachers, a Christian motivational page he started in 2020 in collaboration with Paul Adedeji.[42][43] He is a contributing writer for Yahoo Finance, Deccan Herald, and Medium.[44][45][46][47]

Gazal regularly posts videos and content on life hacks, music promotion, business growth, and other relevant information on the Ollys TV Instagram account, amassing over 15 thousand followers.[48][49][50][51]
