Nikkiey Stott is an American fitness expert, certified coach, a former nurse and professional bodybuilder, and the co-founder of WarriorBabe, a women-focused health and fitness coaching company.[1] Through WarriorBabe, she has helped thousands of women build muscle, improve body composition, and develop a more sustainable relationship with fitness and nutrition. Her work focuses on helping women move away from restrictive dieting and extreme exercise and toward strength training, proper fueling, mindset development, and long-term health.

Stott is known for her work in macro-based nutrition, strength training, metabolic health, and sustainable body recomposition, particularly for women in midlife. She is also the host of “The Macro Hour” podcast, a podcast focused on nutrition, fitness, metabolism, mindset, and women’s health. On the podcast, she shares practical strategies for nutrition, training, recovery, hormone health, and long-term behavior change.

Early life and education

Stott grew up playing sports and was active from a young age. In an interview with Authority Magazine, she shared that after entering college, she lost the structure that sports had provided and began to develop unhealthy habits.[2] Her return to fitness began through bodybuilding, where she found discipline, accountability, and a renewed connection to her health.

Stott holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is an AAAI/ISMA-CPT certified coach. Her background in nursing and strength training later shaped her approach to coaching women through body composition, metabolic health, perimenopause, and menopause.

Career

Nikkiey Stott began her fitness career through competitive bodybuilding.[3] She became a three-time Pro Bodybuilder with the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders and is recognized as a former OCB Women’s Physique Champion. Her experience in bodybuilding gave her a strong foundation in discipline, nutrition, strength training, and body composition.

After years in the competitive fitness world, Stott began to shift away from extreme approaches to dieting and training. In interviews, she has discussed the physical and mental toll of under-eating, over-training, and restrictive fitness methods. That experience became central to her coaching philosophy, which emphasizes sustainable health, proper fueling, strength development, and long-term confidence.

Stott co-founded WarriorBabe in 2018 as a coaching platform for women seeking sustainable fitness results. WarriorBabe focuses on strength training, macro-based nutrition, metabolism support, and mindset development. The company’s programming is especially geared toward women over 40 who are navigating hormonal changes, body composition shifts, energy changes, and the challenges of perimenopause and menopause.[1]

Through WarriorBabe, Stott and her team have helped more than 20,000 women work toward improved strength, body composition, and confidence. The company’s approach challenges common fitness myths, including the belief that women must rely on severe calorie restriction, excessive cardio, or quick-fix diets to see results.[1]

Personal life

Stott is an advocate for women’s health, particularly for women navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. Her work emphasizes helping women understand their bodies, rebuild muscle, support their metabolism, and regain confidence without relying on restrictive dieting or extreme exercise.

Her personal experience with competitive bodybuilding, burnout, and the limitations of extreme fitness methods has shaped her mission to help women build strength in a healthier and more sustainable way.
