Nick Perzichilli is an entrepreneur, venture strategist, and marketing executive known for his work in financial technology, payments, and emerging technologies. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in raising over $110 million in capital across fintech and digital asset ventures, contributed to a $360 million exit to American Express (NYSE: AXP), and overseen companies processing more than $1 billion in merchant transactions.[1]
Career
Perzichilli began his career in the financial technology and payments industry, working with institutions such as First Data (NYSE: FDC), TSYS (now part of Global Payments, NYSE: GPN), and Worldline (Euronext: WLN). His early work centered on payment systems and enterprise technology before expanding into growth strategy and venture development.
He later became involved in the AI, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems, collaborating with organizations including Ethereum, TON, Nillion, Aethir, SKALE, and iMonetize. His contributions have focused on building financial infrastructure that supports the integration of traditional and digital markets, particularly in developing fiat on- and off-ramp systems that enhance the flow of capital globally.
Perzichilli’s expertise in marketing, capital formation, and cross-border finance has positioned him at the intersection of institutional banking and digital innovation. His work has been recognized for advancing transparency and efficiency in payment systems and venture scaling.
