Natasha Lee is an American CEO and Co-Founder of Floyd Lee Locums who has hired, mentored, and promoted thousands of professionals in the last 25+ years of her professional journey. She has served in various capacities as a senior executive, working for the healthcare industry at large. She is passionate about hiring and developing top talent, building, and supporting DEI initiatives and developing best in class culture in the organizations she serves.
Natasha has been featured in the ‘Global Power 150-Women in Staffing’ for three years in 2018, 2020 and 2021.
Early life and education
Lee grew up in a small town and lived in Atlanta for twelve years before settling in Charleston, where she has been residing for twenty-one years now. She studied at Francis Marion University for a period of three years before starting in the staffing industry.
Career
Lee started her professional journey supporting multiple divisions as a Branch Manager at Robert Half, where she worked for three years. Thereafter, she served as a Regional Vice President at Supplemental Health Care, where she worked for eight years. Then Natasha joined as a National Director at Weatherby Healthcare, where she performed roles like recruitment, training, onboarding, and acquisition.
Lee also spent a year at Manpower Group as Regional Director-Central North Carolina, following which she moved to Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group as Chief Operating Officer. She supported Trinity’s accelerated growth from 20 to 90 million in four years and supported their leadership team in a successful transaction selling the company in 2017. After the transition, She and partner Matt Floyd Co-Founded and launched Floyd Lee Locums.
Currently, Natasha is serving as the CEO of Floyd Lee Locums, a concierge physician locums firm based in Charleston, SC serving the national healthcare marketplace.
Throughout her professional journey, Lee has hired, mentored, and promoted thousands of professionals in the last 25+ years. With an affinity for healthcare, most of her work has been in nursing and physician staffing. Besides, Natasha also serves as a member of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations and as a board member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Lee has volunteered for a number of organizations, which include Be A Mentor, Junior Achievement of Eastern North Carolina, St. Mark's United Methodist Church, and Hospice of Charleston. Natasha created a corporate volunteerism charter called WE SERVE that supports their employees at Floyd Lee Locums volunteering in their own respective communities. She also created WE SUSTAIN to help employees manage balance, prioritize mental health and create wellness initiatives. In addition, Natasha created a DEI council to further enrich and drive a diverse work force and support the organizations diversity, equity, and inclusions goals.

Personal life
Natasha is married to George Lee, a sales engineer. The couple has three children: one 21-year-old son that lives in Austin, TX and one daughter, 13 and son, 12. Their family lives with two big dogs that keep them busy. In their free time, they enjoy living in Travel & Leisure Magazines most celebrated city in America for the 10th year in a row, boating and enjoying the world class dining Charleston, SC offers its residents.
