Natalie Suero (born november 21, 1982), professionally known as Larealtia, is an American artists manager, content creator, director, producer, graphic designer, composer and a podcast creator.[1] He is the founder of Meta Music LLC, a distribution company based in Miami, Florida. She also has associations with InnerCat Music Group and Symphonic Latino as an artists manager and digital marketer.[2]

She is the creator of podcast “Cosas De Mujeres”, wherein women carrying out non-traditional trades, share their experience and motivate others. She has established herself as an artists manager and A&R expert and has collaborated with several global artists such as Akon, Martha Heredia and La Perversa.[3]

In a short span of time, Suero has built a network of over 86.2k followers on her instagram and over 1.45k subscribers on her YouTube podcast channel Cosas De Mujeres.

Early life and education

Suero was born in Queens, New York, to Dominican parents. During her high school at St. John's Preparatory school, she was a basketball player and was inclined towards hip hop and tap dancing. She completed her bachelor’s in business administration from the Rio Salado college, Arizona.

Career

After graduating from Rio Salado college, Suero started her career as an investor in small music projects. She started earning in the form of percentage from the results based on digital media platforms such as youtube, spotify, and iTunes. She established herself as an artist management expert and collaborated with various artists to help them get established in the industry.[4]

Later in her career she started working with Innercat Music group, based in Miami, Florida. She pioneered in delivering services like youtube management and digital marketing to several independent artists and helped them build their careers. She has also worked with Symphonic Latino as an artist manager.[5]

Suero, along with her fiance and Innercat, founded Meta Music LLC, a Miami based distribution company. At Meta Music LLC, she has her own team of producers, recording studio, editorial services, distribution office, marketing department and a digital radio station “Yo Soy Urbano Radio”. Over the years her label “Meta Music” has been able to successfully organise and manage the artistic career of several Dominican talents.[6]

Suero has worked for years as an artists manager and her guidance has vested recognition and fame to many artists. The list includes the name of several artists including, Martha Heredia: Latin American Idol-winning singer, social media influencer and actress Candy Flow, merengue singer Sujeto Oro24, rapper Heidy Browm, Akon, La Perversa, Buling 47 and Kiko el Crazy. Suero continues to help gain international presence to local artists with her skills.

She is the founder of a podcast “Cosas De Mujeres”, wherein women carrying out occupations in which there are less than 25% women employees, often termed as non-traditional trades, share their experience and motivate others. Their interviews are streamed through a youtube channel.

Personal life

Suero, as a child had her interest towards theatre and acted in several plays such as the grease and bye bye birdie. She is a single mother to her son Tomas Suero.
