Mehdi Fard Ghaderi Persian: مهدی فرد قادری) was born 1986 is an Iranian Film Director, Screenwriter and Film producer.
Biography
Mehdi Fard Ghaderi[1] was born in 1986 in Iran, in 2007 He started to write scripts and directing short films. After ten years he written and directed eight short films, "Immortality"[2] in 2016 is his first feature film which has won the Best Film of the 16st Ischia Film Festival[3][4], and also got nominated for the best film in Rome Film Festival, Munich Film Festival and Transilvania International Film Festival [5]. "Immortality" was created in one shot without a cut in 145 minutes on a train. The successful film was also screened at more than thirty international festivals.[6][7]
His second feature film named "Weightlessness"[8][9] in 2019 which has won some awards at international film festivals.
In 2018, Fard Ghaderi was also selected to be a jury member for Ischia Film Festival[10] in Italy, which is one of the most important Festivals in the Italy.
Mehdi Fard Ghaderi was producer film, "The Son"[11] in 2021[12]. this Film was won prizes in Moscow Film Festival[13][14] and shown in several international film festivals such as Rotterdam and valladolid.
his third movie as a Director and Producer is "The Afflicted" in 2022.[15]
