Majesty Gayle and Elize Gayle, better known as Majesty and Elize is an African American real estate mogul and entrepreneur duo of husband and wife.[1] They are best known for renovating properties and innovating the affordable housing scenario in the United States.[2] Majesty and Elize have also launched a multimillion dollar hedge fund to work on improving distressed areas by acquiring and building over 1,000 houses throughout the country.[3] They have also founded EVOPIA, a non-profit organization that works on a multitude of services such as property ownership, education, investment, finance, physical and mental health.[4]

Majesty and Elize gained the attention of media outlets for bringing about a positive change in society as they provide shelter, jobs, and inspiration in the black community. Their philanthropic work consists of purchasing property and working with local authorities to identify individuals who are in need of affordable shelter.[5] Their company has successfully raised over $2 million in funding to transform the affordable housing industry in the United States.[6]

Both Majesty and Elize have a background in working for tech and consulting companies, where they gained experience in qualitative and analytical areas. Majesty specializes in business operations and investment policies, whereas Elize excels in marketing and creativity. Majesty began his career in 2006, when he started working for PostNet, a printing and shipping franchise. He eventually relocated from Florida to Atlanta, and started working with major record labels like Def Jam Records. Majesty had a potential career as an audio engineer, but he was inclined towards business management.

In 2011, Majesty launched Elite Autos of Atlanta, a prominent auto dealership, which he sold after 5 years in 2016. Soon after that Majesty founded PrivateCoin consulting service, specializing in crypto currency. This firm flourished right from the start, which inspired Majesty to write a book on the digital currency market - ‘Becoming Bitcoin: Why You Need Bitcoin.’

Elize started her career even before she went to college. When she was 18 years old, Elize started working as a journalist for a women’s lifestyle blog, AskMissA.com. At such a young age, she showed much promise in the professional marketing industry, and interned for top companies like Tennessee Lottery Corporation, McNeely Pigott & Fox PR Firm, The Buntin Group Ad Agency, Operation Stand Down Nashville amongst others. She also worked on notable projects for Amazon, Skanska, Job Corps and Disney on Ice.

Elize started working for Nashville Metro Government upon graduating from TSU. She was responsible for overseeing marketing efforts spread over multiple regions of the Nashville Career Advancement Center.

Elize relocated to Atlanta after being offered a job as the head of marketing at the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing. Elize then pursued MBA at the Western Governors University, which is where she shifted her career from corporate to entrepreneurship.

While they were dating, Majesty and Elize began their first company together; 630 Consulting. In 2017, the couple founded INTL Realty Partners, a real-estate development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. They work together to solve real estate problems and are pursuing the elimination of vacant properties all over the United States. The company generated $1.5M in revenue in a year.

The organization aims to provide viable resources to the residents of these communities. EVOPIA offers a wide range of services such as affordable housing through non-profit PUSH NATION.[8][9] The 501c3 EVOPIA also offers educational tools, and supplies like clothes, food and more to uplift minority groups globally.
