Lyubomyr Reverchuk is an IT entrepreneur known for founding Echo,[1] a dev company based in Lviv, Ukraine. He has a unique combination of skills and experience in programming, marketing, and headhunting, positioning him as an ideal partner for software development and IT staffing needs in Eastern Europe, the Baltic region, and Balkan countries.[2]
Education
Reverchuk obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Studies from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He furthered his education by completing a certification course in Business Development in information technology at Lviv IT School in 2017. In 2020, Reverchuk completed the Entrepreneurship Essentials course offered by Harvard Business School Online.
Career
In May 2013, Reverchuk established Echo, an agency specializing in building and operating software engineering teams in Eastern Europe.[3] The company focuses on recruiting senior talent from local IT outsourcing companies and matching them with mature startups and product companies in the US and UK.[4] Echo provides comprehensive support, including HR, office space, payroll, legal assistance, and cultural adjustment.[5]
Prior to founding Echo, Reverchuk worked as a freelance web developer and internet marketer at Upwork.[6] He also gained experience as an IT specialist at JSC Kredobank.[7]
Additionally, he is a member of the YBC (Young Business Club) and GrowthMentor communities.
