Lisa Faith McNeilly (born November 7) is a Bahamian-born, Scottish British, American actress, producer, writer, poet, fine art collector, entrepreneur, and product creator.[1] She has a notable presence in the realms of entertainment, luxury cosmetics, and international fine art. Initially gaining recognition as the founder of Skin Deep Cosmetic Boutique Ltd. in The Bahamas, her influence extended to celebrity circles. Beyond her socialite background, connected to her father's prominence as a founding banker in The Bahamas, McNeilly pursued personal distinction.[2]

McNeilly started hosting television and VIP Oscar Hollywood Events, centered on her skincare and body products.[3] As an international model and actress, McNeilly has garnered recognition for her performances in acclaimed films such as "Fighting Sleep," "The Wife," and "Casual," and as a brand ambassador for several luxury brands.[4] She also actively engages in social philanthropy through her organization, Luxury With Purpose, advocating for individuals with special needs.[5][6]

Early life and education

McNeilly was born and raised in the Bahamas by her father, Gilbert Cassar, who owned Equity Bank & Trust, and her mother, Sybil Cassar. From an early age, she placed great importance on developing various skills and interests and devoted herself to a diverse range of academic pursuits. Her educational journey began at The American Intercontinental University, where she obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Building on this foundation, she continued her studies at the same institution, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.

McNeilly further enrolled at the American InterContinental University, where she obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Fashion Merchandising and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to her business studies, McNeilly's passion for the arts led her to study Method Acting, Drama, and theater arts at Lee Strasberg.

Career

McNeilly began her career as an entrepreneur by establishing Skin Deep Cosmetic Boutique Ltd. in The Bahamas. As the CEO, brand ambassador, and marketing manager, she cultivated a luxury line of cosmetic products and built a strong brand image. The success of Skin Deep & Cassar Cosmetics led her to move to Los Angeles, where she explored commercial acting and produced TV events highlighting her cosmetics line. Her business garnered acclaim and admiration from influential figures at the Oscars, leading to significant business growth. She also served as a spokesmodel and television host, starring in commercials for her businesses.[7]

Since January 2017, McNeilly has served as the brand ambassador for Winn Slavin Fine Art, contributing to its continued international success. Furthermore, she has been associated with Paradigm Artist Management Limited since 2021, acting and producing in various roles. She is also known and respected as a SAG/AFTRA Guild actress, with notable works such as "28 Days" (2000), "Fighting Sleep," "The Wife" (2017), and "Casual" (2017). As of the present period (2023-2024), McNeilly has recently secured roles in two upcoming feature films.[8]

Recently, McNeilly has founded another cosmetic company, Crown Cosmetics Ltd., set to be launched soon, offering luxury products to the public. McNeilly is actively engaged in social philanthropy through her personal affiliations. She often chooses to remain discreet unless endorsing a product or fine art for charitable purposes. Notably, she has played a significant role in hosting and organizing several exclusive charity events, aimed at aiding individuals with special needs or addressing various global crises, all while simultaneously promoting brands and artists.[9]

McNeilly has also achieved significant success in the international luxury real estate sales sector and has held membership in the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).[10][11]
