Lior Izik (born, 9 September 1975 in Israel) is a Canadian business consultant, serial entrepreneur, business coach, investor and educational instructor.[2] He has founded Amazing Business Results, a business consulting firm and is best known for business coaching and problem solving approach for his clients. Izik uses his technological knowledge to provide creative and sustainable solutions using ZOHO ONE to help marketing of his clients to help them gain more business. Being a Certified ZOHO CRM Consultant, he is recognized as a creative technological consultant. Izik is widely known for his business customization and automation solutions.[3] He has founded a number of businesses and exited them after establishing them.
Born in Israel, Izik had dyslexia in his childhood, which he turned into an asset by leveraging this condition to provide creative solutions for business problems. He has created his name in helping business owners with technology using ZOHO applications to improve their business by teaching them tips on how to successfully tap the power of ZOHO in order to gain profits. Izik ogranises online recorded sessions with his clients where he teaches them the procedure and tactics to leverage ZOHO for better customization and automation of a company’s system and web development.
Izik has authored, “The Entrepreneurial Evolution and Become a Successful Freelancer - Step by Step.”[4] Izik is known for working 1-on-1 with executives and entrepreneurs to overcome various technological concerns. He also works as a consultant for companies and associations to integrate ZOHO applications for different online solutions.[5] Izik has also created five Udemy courses that some of them are best sellers on the platform
Early life and education
Izik was born in Israel and has been a business enthusiast from the beginning. From the age of 10, he has been implementing his ideas into starting several businesses and learning from his experience. Initially, he worked as a bagel seller.
Career
Izik founded Blue Web LTD in 1995 With Gali Peles, a company specialising in web designing and online marketing solutions. Under Izik’s and Peles’s leadership the company thrived and spread across Israel, Canada and the USA. Izik and his team created one of the first CMS systems in the world - Megasite. Megasite was a software program that creates websites without requiring programming knowledge and simplifying the entire process of creating a website and publishing the digital content. Izik was the Technical leader of this highly acclaimed project and an integral member of Blue Web LTD for almost 10 years till 2005. He sold the business after it gained traction.
In 2008, Izik also became an online marketing expert for Amazing Business Results, a venture that focuses on training business owners and giving them tips to successfully run their businesses. Izik worked for 6 years for this website where he provided customised consulting services to varied clients.
Soon after, Izik became partner and CTO at Hacker4Lease and Developer4Lease, where he worked till 2013. During his tenure at the companies, Izik took up several projects as the company CTO.
In 2013, Izik established 360 Business Local Inc, together with Gal Agassi. 360 Business Local Inc is a technical online marketing firm in Toronto, Ontario. The company specialized in technical marketing aimed to provide a high conversion and RIO rate. Izik exited the company and sold his stake after 2 years.
In 2015, Izik became a ZOHO ninja. ZOHO CRM provides web-based business tools. Izik leverages the ZOHO CRM to dominate the sales and marketing industry.[6] The culmination of Izik’s business skills and ZOHO platform has resulted in him being an integral part of the ZOHO community. He is renowned for his consulting services and helped 100s of business owners to successfully implement strategies that profited the company along with day to day problems. Izik shares tips and How-To videos on social media which have gained him much popularity in the industry. In 2018, Izik became an authorized partner of ZOHO. Izik has created several courses on ZOHO which gained much popularity and some of them are bestsellers.[7]
Izik throughout his career founded several business ventures and later on sold them for their assets. One of them being Repair Care, a company owned by Izik and Koby Lerner that was sold to its employees instead to the highest bidder, which profited both the parties and the employees were able to run the company by themselves. Similarly he founded Developer4Lease, a company that created custom websites which gained popularity and became successful in a short period of time and was then sold by Izik in 2009.
Izik is also an avid real estate investor and holds a number of properties.

Personal life
Izik is married and has 1 daughter and 2 boys. Izik is known in his ability to work hard and play hard. Izik often tells his customers to have fun and not work too hard because “There is life before death”.
